HOW DO I RESCHEDULE A SESSION
We understand the fast pace of real estate. Scheduled shoots may be edited or canceled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Short-notice changes will incur a $50 fee for logistics and scheduling.
WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER
Weather is unpredictable. We always photograph interiors as scheduled. If rain prevents drone or exterior shots, we offer digital sky replacement or will return for an exterior shoot when the sun comes back out.
HOW DO I PAY FOR SERVICES
Once editing is finished, we send a preview gallery link. You can download your high-resolution files immediately after paying the invoice through our secure portal, which accepts all major credit cards.
